SOCIALMAMA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Current version: Version 1.0 · Effective from July 29, 2026

1. What these Community Guidelines are

1.1. These Community Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) govern the conduct of users within the SocialMama mobile application.

1.2. SocialMama is a community intended for adults who fall within the categories of users defined in the Terms of Service, relating to pregnancy, motherhood, adoption, foster care or another recognised form of parental care.

1.3. These Community Guidelines apply to all parts of the application, including but not limited to: user profiles; profile photos; bios; the Finder; 1:1 chat; voice messages; Community Buzz; posts; answers; reactions; reports; blocking; Current Status; invitations to other users; and future community-related features.

1.4. These Community Guidelines form an integral part of the SocialMama Terms of Service. By accepting the Terms of Service, you also accept these Community Guidelines.

1.5. If you do not comply with these Guidelines, SocialMama may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the application, and may remove content where this is necessary for the safety of the community.

1.6. SocialMama may take action both against content that is unlawful under applicable law and against content or conduct which, without necessarily being unlawful, breaches these Community Guidelines or creates an identifiable risk to the safety, privacy or normal use of the application.

1.7. Unless the context requires otherwise, the terms “user” and “recipient of the service” have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. The use of the grammatical feminine gender in these Guidelines reflects the intended purpose of the service and does not alter the scope of those terms as defined in the Terms of Service.

2. Core community principles

2.1. SocialMama was created as a safe, respectful and supportive space.

2.2. At SocialMama, we expect every user to:

  • communicate respectfully;
  • act in good faith;
  • not mislead other users;
  • not use another person's identity;
  • not harass, threaten or humiliate others;
  • not publish other people's personal data;
  • not endanger children;
  • not use the application for unlawful, fraudulent or aggressive purposes.

2.3. SocialMama does not tolerate conduct that makes the community unsafe, hostile, misleading or unsuitable for mothers and pregnant women.

3. Identity, profiles and trust

3.1. You must use SocialMama only in your own name.

3.2. The following are prohibited:

  • creating a fake profile;
  • impersonating another person;
  • using someone else's photo;
  • using someone else's name;
  • creating more than one profile in order to circumvent a sanction;
  • creating a profile with misleading information;
  • using a profile for fraud, harassment or the collection of data about other users.

3.3. SocialMama may request additional confirmation or restrict a profile where there is reasonable suspicion that the profile is fake or misleading and/or creates a risk to other users.

3.4. If SocialMama introduces verified profiles or a “Verified” badge in the future, the applicable conditions will be described separately in the application, the Terms of Service and the Privacy, Cookies and Technologies Policy.

4. Profile photos

4.1. SocialMama is a community built on trust. A profile photo helps users see who they are talking to.

4.2. Your profile photo must be genuine, appropriate and must not mislead other users.

4.3. You may not use as a profile photo:

  • a photo of another person;
  • a photo to which you do not hold the rights;
  • a photo in which a child is the main focus;
  • a photo featuring someone else's child without permission;
  • sexual content;
  • violent, threatening or degrading content;
  • an image that imitates another user;
  • a logo or commercial advertisement instead of a personal photo;
  • an image that violates the law or these Guidelines.

4.4. SocialMama may remove a profile photo or restrict features if the photo breaches these Guidelines.

4.5. If you believe another user is using a photo of you or of your child without permission, you may submit a report through the application or at info@socialmama.app.

5. Children’s data and child protection

5.1. Children (minors and adolescents under the age of majority) may not create profiles on SocialMama.

5.2. SocialMama is not an application for children and is not offered directly to children.

5.3. Within the application, you may provide only minimal information about your child or children, and only where this is necessary in order to find mothers at a similar parenting stage.

5.4. You must not publish:

  • a child's first and last name;
  • a child's national identification number;
  • an exact date of birth;
  • an exact address;
  • a school, nursery, kindergarten or regularly attended location;
  • a child's medical records;
  • a child's diagnoses or other health information about a child, where that information allows the child to be identified directly or indirectly, is not necessary for the purpose of the post, or may affect the child's dignity, privacy, safety or future interests;
  • a photo or video recording of someone else's child without the consent of that child's parent, guardian or other person entitled to represent the child, where such consent is applicable;
  • photos that may expose a child to risk;
  • content that sexualises, degrades, exploits or endangers a child.

5.5. The following content is prohibited in all cases — content that:

  • encourages violence against children;
  • justifies violence against children;
  • sexualises a child;
  • involves grooming, attempts to establish inappropriate contact with a child, or the concealment of such conduct;
  • discloses sensitive information about a child;
  • places a child at risk of harassment, stalking, identification or abuse.

5.6. If SocialMama receives a report of content or conduct that may endanger a child, we may: remove the content immediately; restrict or terminate the profile; preserve the necessary evidence; and notify the competent authorities where this is necessary or required by law.

Where there is reasonable suspicion that content depicts or relates to the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child, SocialMama may immediately block access to the content, restrict the relevant profile, preserve the necessary data in compliance with applicable law, and notify the competent authorities where there is a legal basis or obligation to do so.

5.7. If a child’s life or health is in immediate danger, call 112. Reports concerning child protection may also be submitted to the competent Social Assistance Directorate, the State Agency for Child Protection, the authorities of the Ministry of Interior, or the prosecution service, depending on the nature and urgency of the case. The National Child Helpline 116 111 provides information, support and the ability to submit a report. SocialMama is not an entity that works with the authorities on child protection matters and is not a competent authority.

6. Personal data and the privacy of others

6.1. Protect your own privacy and do not disclose personal data that is not necessary in order to use the service. Do not publish other people’s personal data, except where you have an applicable legal basis and the publication does not infringe their rights or these Guidelines. Compliance with these Community Guidelines and with the Privacy, Cookies and Technologies Policy is mandatory in connection with your obligations to protect your own personal data, that of your child, and that of other users.

6.2. It is prohibited to publish or send:

  • national identification numbers;
  • identity cards, passports or other documents;
  • exact addresses;
  • other people's phone numbers;
  • other people's email addresses;
  • banking details;
  • passwords;
  • medical records;
  • laboratory results;
  • diagnoses;
  • court or administrative documents containing personal data;
  • photos or video recordings that infringe the right to private life, the right to one's image, or another right of the person recorded;
  • screenshots of chats without consent, except where you submit them as evidence in a report to SocialMama;
  • an exact real-time location;
  • profile access credentials;
  • vehicle registration numbers, where these can identify a person;
  • images of documents, tickets, prescriptions and labels containing identifiers;
  • biometric data;
  • data concerning another person's sex life or sexual orientation.

6.3. If you wish to report a breach, use the reporting function. Do not publish personal data publicly in order to “warn” other users.

6.4. Reported content is reviewed by SocialMama in accordance with these Guidelines and the Privacy, Cookies and Technologies Policy.

7. Respectful communication

7.1. Communicate the way you would want others to communicate with you.

7.2. The following are prohibited:

  • insults;
  • humiliation;
  • mockery;
  • personal attacks;
  • an aggressive tone;
  • persistent needling;
  • public shaming;
  • malicious spreading of rumours;
  • false accusations;
  • inciting other users to attack a specific person.

7.3. Disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks are not.

7.4. Disputes on topics such as parenting, feeding, sleep, vaccines, pregnancy, childbirth or child-rearing must be conducted respectfully and without pressure.

8. Prohibition of harassment, stalking and threats

8.1. All forms of harassment are prohibited.

8.2. Harassment may include:

  • repeatedly sending unwanted messages;
  • continuing contact after a clear refusal;
  • insults and pressure in chat;
  • threats;
  • sexual advances after a refusal;
  • monitoring someone's activity in the application in order to apply pressure;
  • attempts to determine an exact location;
  • mocking someone's private life, pregnancy, appearance, family situation or parenting choices;
  • organising other users to attack a specific person.

8.3. Stalking is prohibited — whether online or offline.

8.4. You must not use SocialMama to establish where another user lives, where she travels, or where she is located.

8.5. In cases of threats, sexual harassment, stalking or conduct that creates a risk to another user’s safety, SocialMama may terminate a profile without prior warning.

8.6. In assessing whether particular conduct amounts to harassment, SocialMama may take into account the content, the context, the frequency, the duration, any prior refusals of contact, the vulnerability of the affected person, the presence of a threat, and the reasonably foreseeable impact of the conduct.

8.7. A single instance of disagreement, criticism or ending contact does not in itself constitute harassment, except where it involves a threat, a serious insult, discrimination, sexual harassment or another standalone breach.

9. Prohibition of discrimination and hate speech

9.1. Content or conduct that degrades, attacks, excludes or incites hatred against a person or group on the basis of an actual or presumed characteristic is prohibited, including sex, pregnancy, motherhood, age, disability, health status, ethnicity, origin, nationality, religion or belief, sexual orientation, family or social status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Good-faith discussion of a social, medical, religious or political question does not in itself constitute discrimination, where it is not aimed at degrading, excluding or inciting hostility against a specific person or group.

9.2. Content intended to shame or isolate mothers because of their method of childbirth, feeding, child-rearing, family situation, medical choices or personal circumstances is not permitted.

10. Sexual content and inappropriate conduct

10.1. SocialMama is not a dating application for romantic or sexual purposes.

10.2. The following are prohibited: pornographic images; sexually explicit descriptions; sexual propositions; sexual harassment; sending unsolicited intimate photos; fetish content; content directed at sexual exploitation; content that facilitates prostitution, human trafficking or exploitation; and the sexualisation of pregnancy, motherhood or children.

10.3. This prohibition does not extend to health, educational or supportive information shared in good faith regarding pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and reproductive and sexual health, where the content is not pornographic, exploitative, aimed at sexual arousal, or posted in an inappropriate context.

10.4. Profiles or content that use SocialMama for sexual contacts, exploitation or inappropriate communication may be removed immediately.

11. Violence, self-harm and dangerous behaviour

11.1. Content that does any of the following is prohibited: threatens physical violence; encourages violence; justifies violence; depicts realistic violence for shock value; encourages self-harm; encourages suicide; encourages dangerous challenges; incites unlawful acts. Sharing in good faith an experience of crisis, mental distress or thoughts of self-harm in order to seek support is not prohibited.

11.2. SocialMama does not guarantee continuous monitoring of posts and cannot replace emergency medical, psychological or police assistance. If you see content indicating a risk of self-harm, violence or danger to a child, submit a report and, where the risk is immediate, contact the competent authorities.

12. Medical and health content

12.1. SocialMama does not provide medical services.

12.2. Content within the application is not a substitute for consultation with a doctor, midwife, psychologist, pharmacist and/or other specialist.

12.3. Users may:

  • share their own experience;
  • ask general questions;
  • point to public and reliable sources;
  • encourage others to seek qualified medical assistance.

They may not present their personal experience as established medical fact or as treatment individually applicable to another person.

12.4. The following are prohibited:

  • diagnosing other users or children;
  • providing individualised instructions on diagnosis, or on starting, changing or discontinuing treatment, through a public post or informal communication, where the conditions necessary for lawful and professionally sound medical assistance are absent (including that holding valid medical education and/or professional qualification is not sufficient, and the prohibition remains in force, because such conduct is legally characterised as remote medical assistance);
  • selling or giving away medicinal products;
  • recommending a prescription medicine to a specific person;
  • instructions on changing a dose;
  • encouraging the discontinuation of prescribed treatment;
  • offering medicines of unclear origin;
  • claims of a "guaranteed cure";
  • encouraging dangerous practices during pregnancy, childbirth or the postpartum period;
  • publishing medical records containing personal data;
  • publishing laboratory results containing personal data;
  • disseminating misleading or dangerous health content — which may include content presenting as established fact a claim that manifestly contradicts reliable medical evidence or official health recommendations, where this could reasonably lead to the refusal of necessary medical assistance, dangerous self-treatment or another material risk to health;
  • claims that a product, service or practice cures a condition, where this is unproven or misleading.

12.5. If you are a healthcare professional, you must clearly distinguish general information from individual medical consultation, and comply with the applicable professional and ethical rules.

12.6. SocialMama may remove medical content where it is risky, misleading, unlawful or inappropriate for the community.

12.7. Sharing personal experience, questions and concerns about vaccines is permitted. It is not permitted to present manifestly false health information as proven fact, to encourage others to disregard medical contraindications or to refuse necessary medical assistance, or to engage in the organised dissemination of misleading claims capable of creating a specific risk to health.

13. Community Buzz

13.1. Community Buzz is a place for questions, sharing, support and discussion.

13.2. Posts in Community Buzz may be visible to other users.

13.3. When posting in Community Buzz:

  • choose an appropriate tone;
  • do not publish personal data;
  • do not publish sensitive information about children;
  • do not publish medical records;
  • do not turn discussions into personal attacks;
  • do not use the community for advertising without permission;
  • do not publish content intended to shock, frighten or manipulate.

13.4. Tags such as “Health”, “Nutrition”, “Sleep”, “Pregnancy” or similar do not mean that SocialMama provides a medical service or endorses the content.

13.5. SocialMama may remove posts, answers or reactions that breach these Guidelines.

14. Chat and private messages

14.1. Chat is intended for private, respectful and safe communication between users. Private communication is not moderated by the SocialMama team, except where a report has been received.

14.2. You must not send through chat: threats; harassment; sexual propositions; unsolicited intimate images; insults; spam; scams; requests for money; links to dangerous websites; third parties’ personal data; medical records; or content that breaches these Guidelines.

14.3. If you receive an unwanted or distressing message, you may:

  • block the user;
  • report the profile;
  • report the conversation or a specific message, where such a function is available;
  • end the communication.

14.4. Messages are transmitted and stored through SocialMama’s technical infrastructure and are not, at present, end-to-end encrypted. Access by employees or engaged processors to message content is restricted and permitted only where necessary to review a report, protect security, investigate a reasonable suspicion of abuse, comply with a legal obligation, or respond to a valid request from a competent authority.

14.5. SocialMama does not carry out general and continuous monitoring of the content of private messages.

15. Current Status and meeting in person

15.1. Current Status is a social signal that you are open to contact or to meeting.

15.2. Current Status does not share your exact location.

15.3. Current Status does not mean that you are obliged to reply, to meet, or to continue a conversation.

15.4. Never pressure another user into meeting you.

15.5. If you are meeting another user in person, we recommend that you:

  • hold the first meeting in a public place;
  • not share your exact home address;
  • tell someone close to you where you are going;
  • not leave your child with a person you do not know;
  • end a meeting or contact if you feel uncomfortable;
  • not send money;
  • not provide documents or sensitive information;
  • use the reporting function in the event of concerning behaviour.

15.6. SocialMama facilitates contact between users but does not organise, vet, supervise or guarantee in-person meetings. SocialMama is not a party to the relationships between users and does not verify their identity, background, health status or intentions. The existence of a profile is not a guarantee of safety, reliability or good faith.

16. Location and safety

16.1. Do not publish your exact home address.

16.2. Do not publish another user’s address.

16.3. Do not attempt to determine another user’s exact location.

16.4. Do not use information from the application to monitor, stalk and/or harass another user.

16.5. If you believe someone is using SocialMama to monitor or endanger you or another person, report it immediately.

17. Commercial content, promotions and spam

17.1. SocialMama is a community for social support, not a place for unauthorised advertising.

17.2. Without prior permission from SocialMama, you may not use the application for: selling goods; offering services; multi-level or network marketing; pyramid structures, recruiting distributors, covertly recruiting sales representatives, or presenting such activity as an “opportunity for mothers”, “work from home”, a “community” or “financial independence”; affiliate links; promo codes; mass sending of offers; recruiting customers; recruiting participants for paid groups; political campaigning; commercial surveys; or unauthorised campaigns.

17.3. The following are prohibited: spam; fake charity campaigns; collecting money without a clear basis and permission; selling goods that do not exist; misleading promotions; pyramid schemes; fraudulent offers; fake reviews; manipulating reactions, ratings or visibility.

17.4. If SocialMama runs an official campaign, contest, promotion or referral programme, the terms will be published separately.

17.5. Apple, Google, the App Store and Google Play are not organisers, sponsors or participants in SocialMama campaigns, unless expressly stated otherwise.

18. Fraud and abuse

18.1. You must not use SocialMama for fraud or abuse, including but not limited to: impersonating another person; requesting money under false pretences; fake fundraising campaigns; false medical claims; fraudulent sales; phishing; sending dangerous links; harvesting personal data; attempting to access other people’s accounts; using automated tools; circumventing restrictions.

18.2. Where fraud is suspected, SocialMama may restrict the profile and preserve the necessary evidence in order to protect users and the Provider’s rights.

19. Intellectual property and third-party content

19.1. Publish only content that you have created or are entitled to use.

19.2. Do not publish: other people’s photos without permission; other people’s texts without the right to do so; protected images; trade marks used in a misleading way; content that infringes copyright; content that misleadingly suggests an official association with SocialMama, Apple, Google or another business.

19.3. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact us at info@socialmama.app.

20. Technical abuse

20.1. You must not: use bots; use scripts; extract data in bulk; copy profiles; carry out scraping; circumvent technical restrictions; attempt unauthorised access; test security without permission; upload malicious code; disrupt the operation of the application; or use the application for competitive data extraction.

20.2. Breaches of this section may result in immediate termination of access.

21. Reporting content and users

21.1. You may report:

  • a profile (including a profile photo);
  • a post;
  • an answer;
  • a chat;
  • a specific message, where the function is available;
  • conduct outside the application, where it relates to contact that began through SocialMama.

21.2. A report may be submitted via:

  • the “Report” button in the application;
  • the menu on a profile;
  • the menu in a chat;
  • the menu on a post or answer;
  • email to info@socialmama.app, if the in-app function is unavailable or the matter is urgent.

21.3. When submitting a report, you may be asked to state a reason, including but not limited to: fake profile; harassment; threat; sexual content; discrimination; fraud; spam; risk to a child; publication of personal data; medical misinformation; other breach.

21.4. Submit reports in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious reports may themselves breach these Guidelines.

21.5. Where you consider content to be unlawful, rather than merely incompatible with the Community Guidelines, identify the specific content, its location, and the reasons why you consider it unlawful. You need not cite a legal provision, but you must provide enough information for SocialMama to carry out a good-faith assessment.

22. Blocking users

22.1. You may block another user if you do not wish to communicate with her.

22.2. Once blocked, the blocked user may be restricted from:

  • sending you messages;
  • starting a new chat with you;
  • interacting with you;
  • seeing some of your activity, subject to the technical capabilities of the application.

22.3. Blocking does not always mean that SocialMama will automatically sanction the other user.

22.4. If there has been a breach, also submit a report.

22.5. You can manage blocked users from Settings → Blocked users.

23. How we review reports

23.1. Reports are reviewed by the SocialMama team or by persons whom SocialMama has engaged to carry out that activity. In the early versions of the application, reports may be reviewed manually by the founders or by designated team members.

23.2. When reviewing a report, we take into account: the content of the report; the evidence provided; the context; previous breaches; the seriousness of the conduct; the risk to other users; the risk to children; applicable law; the Terms of Service and these Community Guidelines.

23.3. For standard reports, we aim to review the report within 24 hours of receipt.

23.4. For reports involving immediate risk, threats, sexual harassment, risk to a child, fraud or the publication of sensitive data, we aim to review the report on a priority basis and ahead of other reports.

23.5. Submitting a report or notice does not guarantee that the content or profile will be removed or restricted. Each decision is made on the basis of the available information, the applicable rules and the specific context.

23.6. We may take no action where a report is unfounded, insufficiently specific, or does not establish a breach.

23.7. We may use predefined technical indicators — including an unusually high frequency of messages, reports, blocks, registrations or other interactions — to temporarily flag or restrict a profile or content, or to refer it for human review. Reaching a technical indicator does not in itself constitute a final finding of a breach.

23.8. Where, on reviewing a report, we establish a breach of these Community Guidelines, we remove the content concerned and take a measure under section 24 against the profile that published it, including permanent termination of access in the case of a serious breach.

23.9. Where we are required to remove content at the demand of an app distribution platform, we will do so and will state that as the ground in the notice under section 25.

24. Actions we may take

24.1. In the event of a breach, SocialMama may take one or more of the following measures:

  • no action, where there is no breach;
  • a reminder of the Guidelines;
  • a warning;
  • hiding content;
  • removing content;
  • restricting answers or posts;
  • restricting chat;
  • temporarily restricting a feature;
  • temporarily suspending the profile;
  • removing a profile photo;
  • requiring the profile to be corrected;
  • permanent termination of access and a ban on re-registration;
  • blocking re-registration;
  • notifying a competent authority, where necessary or required.

24.2. In determining the measure, SocialMama takes into account the nature and seriousness of the breach, the specific context, the harm caused or possible, whether the conduct is repeated, previous measures, the degree of intent, the user’s cooperation, and the need to protect others. Measures are applied in good faith, consistently, without discrimination and proportionately. Temporary suspension of access to a profile may be for 7, 14 or 30 days, or indefinite.

24.3. In cases of serious breaches, we may act without prior warning.

24.4. Serious breaches are: threats; sexual harassment; systematic harassment; stalking; false identity; fraud; publication of personal data; publication of medical records; endangering a child; sexualising a child; attempted technical attack; circumventing a previous sanction.

25. Notification of moderation decisions

25.1. Where SocialMama removes content, restricts its visibility, restricts functionality, temporarily suspends or permanently terminates a profile on grounds of alleged unlawfulness or a breach of the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines, SocialMama notifies the affected user electronically, except where notification is factually impossible or the law permits it to be restricted or deferred. “Electronically” includes:

  • an in-app message;
  • email;
  • a push notification;
  • another appropriate electronic means.

25.2. In the notification, we state, where applicable and appropriate:

  • what measure has been taken;
  • in relation to which content or conduct;
  • the factual circumstances;
  • the legal or contractual basis;
  • whether the decision was based on automated means;
  • the territorial scope;
  • the duration;
  • the possibility of appeal;
  • the other available remedies, where applicable.

25.3. We are not obliged to disclose the identity of the user who submitted a report.

25.4. We may limit the information in the notification where this is necessary to protect other users, children, the security of the application or an ongoing investigation.

26. Appealing a moderation decision

26.1. If you believe your content was removed incorrectly, or your profile was restricted incorrectly, you may submit an appeal within 30 calendar days.

26.2. Appeals are submitted to info@socialmama.app or through an in-app function, where available.

26.3. An appeal must contain:

  • the email address of the profile;
  • a brief description of the case;
  • why you consider the decision to be incorrect;
  • any additional evidence, if available.

26.4. We will review the appeal within a reasonable time.

26.5. Where possible, the appeal is reviewed by a person other than the person who made the original decision.

26.6. Following review, we may:

  • uphold the original decision;
  • reverse the measure;
  • replace the measure with a lighter one;
  • take another appropriate measure.

26.7. This procedure does not limit your right to seek redress before a competent administrative authority or court.

27. Data relating to reports and moderation

27.1. When you submit a report, or when content is moderated, SocialMama may process the data necessary to review the case.

27.2. This may include: the identifier of the reporting user; the identifier of the reported user; the date and time; the reason for the report; the reported content; screenshots, if provided; technical logs; the decision on the report; the measures taken; and communications relating to an appeal.

27.3. This data is used for: protecting the community; reviewing reports; moderation; preventing abuse; protecting rights; complying with legal obligations; and assisting competent authorities where this is necessary or required.

27.4. Further information about the processing of this data is set out in the Privacy, Cookies and Technologies Policy.

28. Assistance to competent authorities

SocialMama provides data to competent authorities where this is required by applicable law, on the basis of a valid and binding request, or where another applicable legal basis exists, including to protect vital interests in the event of immediate and specific danger. This may include cases involving, but not limited to: threats; violence; sexual exploitation; risk to a child; fraud; unlawful content; serious security breaches; or a valid request from a competent authority.

29. Automated tools and human review

29.1. SocialMama may use technical means to detect spam, fraud, fake profiles, inappropriate content or abuse.

29.2. Where a decision has a significant effect on your profile — for example, permanent termination of access — SocialMama seeks to ensure human review.

29.3. If you believe an automated or moderation measure is incorrect, you may submit an appeal under section 26.

30. Emergencies

SocialMama is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to the life, health or safety of you, a child or another person, contact the competent authorities. In Bulgaria, the emergency number is 112.

31. Changes to the Community Guidelines

31.1. SocialMama may change these Community Guidelines.

31.2. Changes may be necessary due to:

  • new features;
  • new risks to the community;
  • legal requirements;
  • App Store or Google Play requirements;
  • changes in how moderation works;
  • safety measures;
  • abuse that calls for new rules.

31.3. Material changes are communicated by appropriate electronic means before they take effect, except where immediate application is necessary due to a legal obligation, an immediate security risk or the prevention of abuse. The notice includes a brief description of the changes and the date from which they apply.

31.4. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using SocialMama and delete your account.

32. Relationship with the Terms of Service and the Privacy, Cookies and Technologies Policy

32.1. These Community Guidelines apply together with the Terms of Service, which govern the contract between you and Lazy Mama Ltd.

32.3. The Privacy, Cookies and Technologies Policy explains how we process your personal data, including data relating to reports, moderation, blocking, profiles, chats, posts and security.

32.4. If there is a conflict between these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail, unless they expressly state otherwise.
